Our Story

Our years of experience building teams, establishing and expanding distribution and living in the trenches with contractors provided us the impetus to create something different and better. Brent Sturgell, our owner, has built a career and reputation in the HVAC landscape that is vast and deep. 35+ years of experience as a Design Engineer, Mechanical Sales Engineer, Product Manager and Senior Executive roles for Addison Products, Trane, Goodman, Daikin and FirstCo. In his tenures, Brent led the design and introduction of innovative products platforms in gas furnace, electric air handler and commercial products platforms that are still in use today. A proud veteran of the US Army and Air Force, Brent holds an MBA from Texas A&M University.
Rick Mabry, our Managing Director, is widely respected in the HVAC sector for his many years of supplier, sourcing, distribution business and team building within the world of Regional Wholesale and OEM manufacturing sectors of the HVAC space. Having 35+ years as well as a Product Manager, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager and Senior Executive roles for First Source Servall, Lennox International, Goodman, Daikin, and Johnstone Supply. Rick led the creation and expansion of many well-known brands of products popular today: GoodParts, ProParts, ProStat, ProStat+ and Xpertek. Rick holds an MBA from Western Governors University.
