Refunds and Returns Policy

At SE Supply Distributors, we stand behind the quality of our products and hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, our return process is simple and transparent. Please read the policy below carefully to ensure your return qualifies and is processed efficiently.
Return Window
You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order. Once a return is approved, the return package must be postmarked within 10 days of the date the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued.
Returns postmarked after this 10-day period will not be accepted and will not be returned to the customer.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
You may choose any carrier and shipping method, but we recommend using a tracked service for your protection. SE Supply Distributors is not responsible for lost or misrouted return packages.
Note: All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of RMA approval.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us via our Contact Us page to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
Your RMA will include instructions and the address to which the return should be sent.
Important: Returns submitted without an RMA will not be processed and will not be returned to you.
Condition of Returned Items
To qualify for a refund, returned items must be:
- Not used or installed
- In original, undamaged condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Non-Stock, Clearance, Closeout or Reduced-Price items are not eligible for return
All returned items are subject to inspection. Items found to be used, installed, damaged, or missing original packaging, labeling or stickers will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued. These items will not be returned to the sender.
Note: For bundled products such as “Line Set Kits” both matching items must be returned in the same conditions required and original master carton. We do not accept partial set returns or mismatched packages.

If your return is approved and received within the timeframe and conditions specified, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of return receipt and approval.
Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.
*Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
Important Notices
- Do not send returns without an RMA.
- Do not include items not purchased from SE Supply Distributors. Purchases approved for return confirmed against quantities and original sales invoice.
- Items that do not meet return criteria will not be refunded or returned.
- We reserve the right to deny any return that fails to meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
