Part of the Q-Line family, the THQP240 is a 40-amp, two-pole miniature breaker designed for residential power distribution. Its compact profile allows electricians to maximize circuit capacity in tight spaces. This plug-on breaker mounts into GE PowerMark Gold and Q-Line load centers. It accepts 8-4 AWG copper or aluminum wiring via standard box lug terminals. Rated for 10 kAIC at 120/240V, it utilizes thermal-magnetic trip technology and features a space-saving half-inch per pole design.
