Bring the part and your invoice back to the counter. There is no form to fill in and nothing to arrange first — a return is handled at the counter, the same as a purchase.

from the date on your invoice.
Uninstalled
and in the original packaging, complete and resaleable.
20% restocking fee
on returned stock items.
Special orders are final
if we brought it in for you, we cannot take it back.

How it works

  1. Bring the part, in its packaging, to the counter at Edgewater.
  2. Bring your invoice, or the order number from your confirmation email.
  3. We check the part over and work out the credit while you wait.
  4. Credit goes back the way you paid.

If you ordered online and haven't collected yet

Nothing has been charged — you pay when you pick up. Call us and we will take the order back off the counter; there is no return to make and no fee.
